Items available for pre-order are produced after the order window closes. Estimated dispatch timeframes will be communicated at the time of purchase and are subject to change. By placing a pre-order you acknowledge that your item will not be dispatched immediately.
Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-order sales are final. Cancellations will not be accepted once the order window has closed, as items are produced to order. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
Dispatch & Delivery
